Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided for the website development, hosting, and maintenance services offered by our company. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.
1. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for our website development, hosting, and maintenance services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Initial Subscription Payment: The initial payment made at the start of our engagement, processed through PayPal, is non-refundable. Clients are given a review period to approve or request changes to their website. If no communication is received within the stipulated timeframe, the website is deemed accepted, and the payment is finalized.
- Subsequent Subscription Payments: All recurring subscription payments following the initial payment are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely termination of services before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue using our services.
2. Review and Approval Process
- Clients have a period of three days to review the draft website and request changes. A further three-day period is provided for final approval of the website.
- If clients fail to communicate any dissatisfaction or request changes within these review periods, the website will be considered accepted, and the corresponding payment will be processed.
- Once the website is deemed accepted, payments are non-refundable, given the review period provided.
3. Service Termination
- Clients wishing to terminate their subscription must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
- If services are terminated by the client before the end of a subscription period, no refunds or pro-rated payments will be provided for the unused portion of the services.
4. Discretionary Refunds
- In rare cases, and solely at our discretion, we may issue a refund. Such refunds, if granted, will only be processed to the original payment method used. We cannot process refunds to any other payment method not initially used for the transaction.
5. Backup and Data Transfer
- Upon termination of services, clients have the right to request a backup copy of their website. We provide a regular

export file for clients wishing to transfer their website to another service provider. - Clients are responsible for any additional costs or arrangements required for migration to a new service provider. No technical support for the migration process is included.
6. No Refund for Content and Performance Issues
- We are not liable for any content-related issues or performance impacts resulting from exceeding hosting resource limits or failing to adhere to hosting provider terms. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any intellectual property rights or other legal restrictions.
- Should clients’ websites be suspended due to content violations or exceeding resource limits, no refunds will be issued.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients through appropriate channels. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions stated in this Refund Policy.
